Galen
was named First Team All-Ohio in Baseball during his junior and senior
seasons. He earned First Team All-MAC in Baseball each of his four years
of high school. Galen had a career batting average of .467. He hit 26
home runs, drove in 124 runs, and collected 125 hits in his career.
Galen earned four varsity letters in Baseball, four varsity letters in
Basketball, and four varsity letters in Football. In Basketball, Galen
was named First Team All-MAC during senior year. He is currently the
All-Time career leader at Parkway with 253 free throws made. He
currently ranks fourth on the All-Time scoring list and sixth in career
free throw percentage and three point field goals made. Galen was named
First Team All-MAC in Football during his junior and senior seasons. He
graduated from The University of Dayton where he lettered in Baseball
his junior and senior year. Galen earned First Team All-Atlantic 10
honors during his junior and senior seasons. He currently holds the
Dayton record for doubles in a season (23) and ranks fifth with a career
batting average of .353.
